The bill (Reg. No. 1660-д) suggests specifying norms on holding a competition for occupying vacancies in the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and grounds for bringing workers of the Bureau to disciplinary responsibility.
Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, suggested by the bill, are also aimed at introducing in the National Anti-Corruption Bureau the institute of detectives who would combine functions of investigative and operational workers.
It was suggested to supplement the Criminal Procedure Code with a new unspoken investigative action such as monitoring of bank accounts.
